Keppel O&M is the world's leading rig designer and builder, as well as leader in shiprepair and Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) / Floating Storage and Offloading (FSO) vessel conversions.

It is also the yard of choice for Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) and LPG carriers and has expertise in specialized newbuildings of a wide range of small to medium-sized customized vessels, multi-purpose support vessels and cable ships for a worldwide clientele.

Keppel yards in the Philippines have constructed sections for several semisubmersible oil rigs fabricator with zero lost-time incidents.

KPMI is the only Philipppine shipyard listed on the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE). Its common shares were listed on 04 November 1993 with the trading symbol "KPM" under the transaction services sector.

KPMI is registered with the Philippine Economic Zone Authority as an Ecozone Export Enterprise at the Keppel Philippines Marine - Special Economic Zone (KPM-SEZ) located in Bauan, Batangas.
