The yard is managed by Keppel Shipyard Limited, whose expertise includes shiprepair and conversion, shipbuilding and offshore engineering. It is affiliated to Keppel Philippines Marine, Inc., which owns Keppel Batangas Shipyard and Keppel Cebu Shipyard.

Subic Shipyard has a pool of highly skilled workforce providing quality and on time services. The production workforce including managers have been trained in Keppel Shipyard, Singapore and Kawasaki Shipbuilding Corporation in Japan. The management will provide training to the workforce to continually improve the required competencies in skills and knowledge.
